The Career Exploration Centre is a unique, experiential, learner-centered facility for youth in grades 9 and 10.
This is the place for students to get hands-on experience and make well informed career decisions based on real-world applications.

It’s what SAIT does best.

SAITCity is a Career Exploration Centre (CEC) program. SAITCity is designed to encourage grade 9 and 10 students to explore their future career options based on their interests. A visit to SAITCity will enhance their understanding of careers, the career exploration process, and applied education preparing them to make informed learning and career pathway choices in high school and beyond.

We’re here to support you and your students.  We set the stage for a successful SAITCity experience with this free program that includes:

  • a well-organized, immersive full day session
  • support before and after your visit
  • transportation

We encourage all teachers to apply as early as possible as applications are reviewed, and if successful, approved shortly after they are received.

This is your chance to get explore your career options in an information packed, fun program at the SAIT campus. Almost 5,000 students have visited SAITCity to investigate over 30 different career options from construction management to culinary school and broadcast journalism to bricklaying.
